Super Burro
Wow…. When I ordered this food I didn’t know what I was getting. But the word Super was in the title so I was intrigued. Seeing this creation being made was a sight to behold; I don’t think I have seen a tortilla of this size before. My mouth began watering. By the time it was delivered to me and took my first bite I was in love. Inside was melted cheese, beef, veggies, lettuce, other sauces that I have no idea what they were but damn they were delicious! If I had a good way to store these on my bike I would have ordered three to pack for the road. I got this at a food stand in Mulegé, Baja California Sur. This stand was only open at night and their biggest advertisement was for Hotdogs if I recall correctly. I think the place was called Ricas Banderillas but I could be mistaken.
