So on Wednesday morning I head to the travel clinic at the Minneapolis VA Medical Center to get my first round of shots for my upcoming journey. It’s a good thing I am not afraid of needles because I have a feeling I will get poked a lot. Well actually maybe not. Maybe they will just poke me once and use the same site for all the injections. I guess I will find out soon enough! I am really excited that it’s coming together slowly. I can’t wait until next summer to get here so I can start biking south!
